Theresa Melton is a native of the Gulf Coast of Florida. She is a 2003 graduate of the University of Mobile where she earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies. Upon graduation, she spent the next 5 years teaching in a private school and eventually moved on to the food service industry as the catering coordinator for Chick-fil-A.

During the aforementioned time she met her husband, Joe. They married in 2014 and eventually Joe’s job relocated them to the Golden Corner of South Carolina in little ole Seneca. Theresa has a beautiful five(5) year old daughter named Everly who is the root of their world.

Theresa spent her first 8 years in Seneca as the Director of the child development center at Seneca Baptist CDC where she helped families settle into a new life in the Upstate whether they were new parents or new to the area. She was able to use that time to help serve families and get to know the people of Seneca.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places, reading, cooking, teaching her daughter and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide!
