Meet Mary Lee Bolen, a proud native of Greer, SC, and a seasoned professional with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams in real estate. Mary Lee’s journey began with a solid foundation in education, graduating from Columbia College with a degree in Elementary Education. She dedicated the first seven years of her career to shaping young minds as a first-grade teacher in Spartanburg, SC.

Embracing the changes that life brings, Mary Lee transitioned to her second career as a dedicated stay-at-home mom when her family moved to Raleigh, NC. During this time, she nurtured and cared for her two daughters for five years, fostering a loving and supportive home environment. As opportunities unfolded, Mary Lee embarked on her third career, venturing into the dynamic world of sales specializing in custom printing office products and promotional items. For two decades, she excelled in this field, building relationships and honing her skills in customer service.

In 2004, another exciting chapter unfolded for Mary Lee and her family, as they had the chance to return to South Carolina. Settling on the shores of Lake Keowee, they embraced the community and their shared passion for Clemson. Mary Lee’s husband, George, became a successful homebuilder in the area, solidifying their connection to the vibrant local real estate scene.

Superior Service

We sold our house in Keowee Key in March of 2017. Our realtor was Mary Lee Bolen of Bob Hill Realty. She provided superior service coming every week and used a blower to keep our driveway and deck clean. When presale inspection called for several minor repairs, she took care of all those for us. She communicated in a timely manner with other realtors who showed the house for feedback. Mary Lee is very friendly, easy to get in touch with, was always in communication with us, and even helped us pack for our move. We could not have asked for better service from a realtor!

Ten years ago we decided to move to the upstate area from Maryland. As out of town buyers Mary Lee Bolen took the time to find us the perfect home and did it all in one weekend.
