Kathy Faires is a native of North Carolina and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Psychology.

She and her husband have raised 3 wonderful children and are excited to call Seneca home since 2001.

She earned her Real Estate license in 2014 and has been helping buyers and sellers reach their dreams ever since.

In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her three children, their spouses and

4 grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy taking advantage of the upstate lifestyle, Kayaking on Lake Keowee, hiking the multitude of trails in the Blue Ridge mountains, visiting the numerous waterfalls throughout the area, and attending Clemson sporting and cultural events.
